DTF Gang Sheets: Sizes, Artwork and Pricing

A DTF gang sheet lets you arrange multiple ready-to-press designs on one continuous sheet. It can reduce unused space when an order includes several logos, print sizes, names, or repeated graphics.

What does “by the linear foot” mean?

Our DTF gang sheets are 22 inches wide. One linear foot is a 22 × 12-inch section. Available sheet lengths run from 12 inches to 240 inches, or 1–20 linear feet.

The width remains 22 inches while the length changes. A two-foot sheet is 22 × 24 inches; a five-foot sheet is 22 × 60 inches. Select the length that fits the artwork you plan to arrange, then review the price shown for that exact sheet size.

What belongs on a gang sheet?

You can combine different designs and finished sizes on the same sheet. Common layouts include a full-front design with matching left-chest logos, several customer logos, size runs of one graphic, or small branding marks placed around larger artwork.

If you only need copies of one design and prefer to order by its finished measurements, the single-image DTF transfer option may be simpler.

Prepare print-ready artwork

• Use PNG, SVG, or PDF files.
• Use transparent backgrounds.
• Prepare raster artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size.
• Submit designs unmirrored.
• Remove unwanted background pixels and inspect edges before uploading.

Resolution must be judged at the final print size. Enlarging a small low-resolution graphic in the builder does not add real detail. Fine lines and tiny text should be inspected at the size they will actually print.

Plan the layout before checkout

Decide how many copies of each design are needed and note their finished dimensions. Place the largest designs first, then use the remaining spaces for smaller logos and labels. Keep every design inside the printable boundary and leave enough separation to cut the transfers apart.

Review the width, sheet length, quantity, design sizes, transparency, and displayed order total. The builder’s background-removal feature can help with simple files, but properly prepared artwork produces a more predictable result.

Production timing

Orders are printed and shipped Monday–Friday after they are placed and paid for. The same-day shipping cutoff is 3 p.m. Eastern Time. The same-day printing cutoff for local pickup is 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee; carrier transit time is separate from production time.

How to press the finished transfers

Press at 300°F for 3–5 seconds with firm pressure, or 8–10 seconds when firm pressure is unavailable. Peel immediately with a smooth motion. Cover the design and press again using the same temperature, time, and pressure.
