Direct to Film (DTF) Gang-Sheet Transfers DTF Transfers

Order custom DTF gang-sheet transfers for shirts, hoodies, and other garments. Arrange multiple designs on one sheet, then heat press the transfers onto cotton, polyester, or blends, including light and dark garments.

Gang-sheet sizes and pricing

Sheets are 22 inches wide, with lengths from 12 to 240 inches (1–20 linear feet). One linear foot is a 22 × 12-inch sheet.

Choose the length and quantity you need and review the full sheet price before checkout. Pricing is shown for the selected sheet size; you do not need to calculate square inches to select a gang-sheet length.

How to order

1. Select Build your own Gang Sheet to open the builder.
2. Upload your artwork and arrange your designs within the selected sheet dimensions.
3. Check the layout, print sizes, sheet length, and quantity.
4. Review the displayed total and complete checkout.

Only need one design? Order a single-image DTF transfer by size.

Wholesale pricing is available; an EIN is required.

Prepare your artwork

• Accepted files: PNG, SVG, and PDF with a transparent background.
• For raster artwork such as PNGs, we recommend 300 DPI at the final print size.
• Submit your DTF artwork unmirrored.
• Check the background, edges, and fine details before ordering. The gang-sheet builder's background-removal tool is a convenience, not a replacement for properly prepared artwork.

Press and peel instructions

1. Set your heat press to 300°F.
2. Press for 3–5 seconds with firm pressure. If firm pressure is not available, press for 8–10 seconds.
3. Peel immediately after the first press, using a smooth, fluid motion.
4. Cover the design and press a second time at 300°F using the same pressure and time as the first press.

For the second press, we prefer a textured fiberglass sheet, available from Udderly Custom. A Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or jersey T-shirt material also works. Contact us about a pressing sheet.

Washing and care

• No waiting period is required before washing. Wash normally.
• Washing inside out is optional.
• Tumble drying is suitable.
• Do not bleach; avoid the hottest iron setting.

Printing, pickup, and shipping

We print and ship Monday–Friday. Turnaround begins after your order is placed and paid for. All cutoff times below are Eastern Time.

• Same-day shipping: place and pay for your order by 3 p.m.
• Same-day printing for local pickup: place and pay for your order by 5 p.m.
• Orders after the applicable cutoff are handled on the next printing day.

Shipping transit time is separate from production time. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
