Choose the right DTF ordering option
DTF gang sheets
Build a custom DTF gang sheet when you have multiple logos, sizes, or designs to place on one sheet. Gang sheets are 22 inches wide and are available in lengths from 1–20 linear feet. One linear foot is a 22 × 12-inch section. Select the sheet length and quantity, arrange your designs in the builder, and review the complete price before checkout.
Single-image DTF transfers
Order a single-image DTF transfer by size when you need individual copies of one design. Upload the artwork, choose its finished print dimensions and quantity, and review the displayed total before paying. Artwork must fit within our 22.25-inch-wide DTF media.
Artwork requirements
- Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, and PDF.
- Artwork must have a transparent background.
- Raster artwork should be 300 DPI at its final print size.
- Submit DTF artwork unmirrored.
- Check backgrounds, edges, small text, and fine details before ordering. A builder background-removal tool is a convenience, not a replacement for properly prepared artwork.
How to apply our DTF transfers
- Set the heat press to 300°F.
- Press for 3–5 seconds using firm pressure. If firm pressure is unavailable, press for 8–10 seconds.
- Peel immediately in one smooth, fluid motion.
- Cover the design and press a second time at 300°F using the same pressure and time as the first press.
For the second press, we prefer a textured fiberglass sheet. Teflon, parchment paper, or jersey T-shirt material can also be used.
Washing and care
No waiting period is required before washing. Wash normally; turning the garment inside out is optional. Tumble drying is suitable. Do not bleach, and avoid ironing directly on the design using the hottest setting.
Production, pickup, and shipping
We print and ship Monday–Friday. Turnaround starts after the order is placed and paid for. Paid orders received by 3 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible to ship the same business day. Paid local-pickup orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible for same-day printing. Shipping transit time is separate from production time, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

A direct-to-film transfer is a printed, ready-to-press design that is applied to a garment with heat and pressure. It allows full-color artwork, fine detail, and white ink for designs used on light or dark garments.
Should I order a gang sheet or a single transfer?
Choose a gang sheet when you can arrange several designs on a 22-inch-wide sheet. Choose the single-image option when you want to upload one design and order it by its finished dimensions and quantity.
