Single-image transfers or gang sheets?

Custom DTF transfers by size

Single-image DTF transfers are suited to orders containing one design in a chosen finished size and quantity. They are useful when you do not need to arrange a complete gang sheet. Artwork must fit within the 22.25-inch width of our DTF media.

DTF gang sheets by the linear foot

DTF gang sheets are useful when you want multiple designs, sizes, or copies on one sheet. Our gang sheets are 22 inches wide and available in lengths from 1–20 linear feet. Each linear foot measures 22 × 12 inches. Gang-sheet pricing is based on the selected sheet length, making the unit clear before checkout.

Prepare artwork correctly

• Use PNG, SVG, or PDF format.
• Submit artwork with a transparent background.
• Prepare raster artwork at 300 DPI at the final print size.
• Submit standard DTF artwork unmirrored.
• Inspect small text, edges, transparencies, and finished dimensions before ordering.

A background-removal tool inside a gang-sheet builder can assist with simple files, but it does not replace clean, properly prepared production artwork.

Fast production for business orders

Udderly Custom prints and ships Monday through Friday. Paid shipping orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible to ship the same business day. Paid local-pickup orders placed by 5 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible for same-day printing. Turnaround begins after the order has been placed and paid for, and artwork must be suitable for production. Shipping transit time is separate. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

How to press instant-peel DTF transfers

Set the heat press to 300°F and apply firm pressure for 3–5 seconds. If firm pressure is unavailable, press for 8–10 seconds. Peel immediately in a smooth motion, cover the design, and perform a second press using the same settings. Review the complete DTF pressing guide before beginning production.

Plan repeatable DTF orders

Keep original artwork files, document finished sizes, and use consistent naming for repeat designs. When using gang sheets, organize designs by job or customer and confirm the selected linear-foot length before checkout. These steps reduce ordering errors and make repeat production easier.
