Sublimation transfers

Sublimation uses heat to infuse printed artwork into a compatible substrate. It works best with white or light-colored polyester garments and properly coated sublimation blanks. Sublimation does not print white, does not work correctly on 100% cotton, and will not show properly on dark materials.

Individual sublimation transfers

Order sublimation transfers by size for individual designs. Available options range from 4 × 4 inches through 24 × 36 inches. Keep artwork within the 23.8-inch usable print width.

Sublimation gang sheets

Build a sublimation gang sheet when you want to arrange multiple designs together. Sheet options are listed as 24 inches wide, with a 23.8-inch usable print width and available lengths from 2–20 feet.

UV DTF decals for hard surfaces

Build and order custom UV DTF decals for suitable hard-surface projects. These are press-on decals with an 11.25-inch usable width. They are not garment heat transfers and should not be applied using garment DTF pressing instructions.

Choose the correct transfer type

  • Sublimation: compatible polyester garments and sublimation-ready blanks.
  • UV DTF: suitable hard surfaces using a press-on application.
  • Garment DTF: cotton, polyester, and blended garments using a heat press.
