Build your own Gang Sheet

Customize hard surfaces with Incredi-BULL 3D UV DTF decals. These custom decals feature UV-cured ink and a slightly raised finish. They are intended for hard surfaces, not clothing or garment heat pressing.

Sheet sizes and artwork limits

Sheet options are listed as 11.5 inches wide, with lengths from 12 to 240 inches (1–20 feet). Keep your artwork within the 11.25-inch usable width and the length of your selected sheet. The maximum length is 20 feet.

Select your sheet size and quantity, then review the displayed total before checkout.

Prepare your artwork

  • Accepted files: PNG, SVG, and PDF with a transparent background.
  • For raster artwork such as PNGs, we recommend 300 DPI at the final print size.
  • Submit artwork unmirrored.
  • Check the background, edges, and details before ordering. The gang-sheet builder's background-removal tool is not a replacement for properly prepared artwork.

How to order

  1. Open the UV DTF gang-sheet builder from this product page.
  2. Upload and arrange your designs within the usable width and selected sheet length.
  3. Check the artwork dimensions, sheet size, and quantity.
  4. Review the displayed price and complete checkout.

Apply your UV DTF decal

  1. Remove the white backing paper.
  2. Position the image on the hard surface you want to decorate and press firmly.
  3. Slowly peel the clear cover away from the image.

These decals use a press-on application. The 300°F garment DTF heat-press instructions do not apply to this product.

Surface suitability and care

Choose a suitable hard surface for your project. For questions about a particular surface or cleaning method, contact us before applying. Garment washing and tumble-drying instructions do not apply to UV DTF decals.

Printing, pickup, and shipping

We print and ship Monday–Friday. Turnaround starts after your order is placed and paid for. Cutoff times are Eastern Time.

  • Same-day shipping: place and pay for your order by 3 p.m.
  • Same-day printing for local pickup: place and pay for your order by 5 p.m.

Shipping transit time is separate from printing time. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
