Wedding and Bachelorette DTF Transfers
Custom wedding and bachelorette DTF transfers help bridal parties create coordinated shirts, sweatshirts, tote-style fabric items, getting-ready apparel, and trip garments from their own artwork. Upload an authorized couple name design, wedding date, destination theme, bridal-party role, original phrase, or event logo and select the final size for each placement.
Coordinate the entire wedding group
Wedding projects frequently require several related versions: bride, groom, bridesmaid, maid of honor, best man, family roles, trip locations, or individual names. A 22-inch gang sheet makes it possible to arrange these variations together and order by the foot. For one repeated graphic, single-image transfers may be simpler.
Measure every garment style before choosing transfer dimensions. Cropped tees, tanks, robes, sweatshirts, youth garments, and fitted shirts have different usable print areas. Keep names and dates readable, verify spelling, and leave enough space around collars, seams, pockets, and zippers. If multiple shirt colors will be used, make sure the artwork has enough contrast for each color.
Plan ahead for the event date
Submit final artwork rather than screenshots or low-resolution previews. Transparent backgrounds are especially important around script lettering, rings, florals, and distressed effects. Consolidating roles and sizes on a gang sheet can simplify pressing, but each element should be clearly labeled before production begins. Customers are responsible for permission to reproduce fonts, purchased designs, venue logos, destination marks, characters, and trademarked phrases.
How to order your custom DTF transfers
Choose single-image DTF transfers when you need individual logos or designs sized for a specific placement. Choose the DTF gang-sheet builder when you want to arrange several designs, names, numbers, or sizes on one sheet. Gang sheets use 22-inch-wide media and can be ordered by the foot, making them useful for coordinated apparel runs and repeat production.
Submit print-ready PNG, SVG, or PDF artwork with a transparent background. For raster artwork, 300 DPI at the final print size is recommended. Upload artwork unmirrored. Background-removal tools can help with simple files, but they are not a replacement for clean artwork. Review spelling, colors, dimensions, and quantities before ordering.
Pressing and care
Press DTF transfers at 300°F for 3–5 seconds using firm pressure. If firm pressure is not available, press for 8–10 seconds. Peel immediately after the first press in one smooth motion, then press a second time using the same temperature, time, and pressure. A textured fiberglass finishing sheet is preferred; Teflon, parchment paper, or clean jersey T-shirt material can also be used as a cover. Finished garments can be washed without a waiting period and tumble dried. Do not bleach, and avoid ironing directly over the design on the hottest setting.
