Cowgirl and Western DTF Transfers
Create custom cowgirl and western DTF transfers for boutique apparel, rodeo events, ranch businesses, country concerts, western weddings, and personal projects. This page is for customers supplying their own print-ready artwork, so you can order the exact saying, ranch mark, illustration, or event design you are authorized to use.
Western artwork for shirts and apparel
Popular project directions include boots, hats, horses, cattle, desert scenes, western typography, ranch logos, rodeo graphics, and country-themed event artwork. DTF printing supports full color and detailed artwork without requiring separate vinyl layers. It is useful for small boutique drops as well as larger coordinated orders.
Use the single-image option when one design will be printed at one or several sizes. Use a gang sheet when you want to combine left-chest marks, full-front graphics, sleeve designs, care labels, or several western designs on the same 22-inch-wide sheet. Ordering by the foot makes the total sheet size clear and helps decorators plan production without confusing square-inch pricing.
Plan artwork for a clean western look
Fine rope details, distressed type, fence lines, stars, and small decorative marks should remain thick enough to print and press cleanly. Inspect transparent areas closely so unwanted backgrounds do not appear. Measure the garment’s usable print area, especially on fitted tees, pocket styles, youth garments, and cropped shirts. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any ranch brands, event logos, trademarked phrases, or licensed artwork included in their files.
How to order your custom DTF transfers
Choose single-image DTF transfers when you need individual logos or designs sized for a specific placement. Choose the DTF gang-sheet builder when you want to arrange several designs, names, numbers, or sizes on one sheet. Gang sheets use 22-inch-wide media and can be ordered by the foot, making them useful for coordinated apparel runs and repeat production.
Submit print-ready PNG, SVG, or PDF artwork with a transparent background. For raster artwork, 300 DPI at the final print size is recommended. Upload artwork unmirrored. Background-removal tools can help with simple files, but they are not a replacement for clean artwork. Review spelling, colors, dimensions, and quantities before ordering.
Pressing and care
Press DTF transfers at 300°F for 3–5 seconds using firm pressure. If firm pressure is not available, press for 8–10 seconds. Peel immediately after the first press in one smooth motion, then press a second time using the same temperature, time, and pressure. A textured fiberglass finishing sheet is preferred; Teflon, parchment paper, or clean jersey T-shirt material can also be used as a cover. Finished garments can be washed without a waiting period and tumble dried. Do not bleach, and avoid ironing directly over the design on the hottest setting.
