How to Order Custom DTF Transfers
Ordering custom DTF transfers is easiest when you decide how the transfers will be used before uploading artwork. The number of designs, finished print sizes, quantities, and production deadline determine whether a single-image order or a gang sheet is the better choice.

Step 1: Choose single-image transfers or a gang sheet
Single-image DTF transfers are useful when you have one design and want to order it by its finished width, height, and quantity. Upload the artwork, select the finished dimensions, enter the quantity, and review the displayed total before checkout.
DTF gang sheets are designed for arranging several graphics on one sheet. They work well for multiple logos, several print sizes, left-chest and full-front combinations, or repeated designs. Our gang sheets are 22 inches wide and available in lengths from 1–20 linear feet.
Step 2: Prepare the artwork
DTF artwork should be submitted as a PNG, SVG, or PDF with a transparent background. Raster files such as PNGs should be 300 DPI at the final print size. Submit the artwork unmirrored.
Inspect the file before ordering. Look for unintended backgrounds, rough edges, transparent areas, tiny text, and details that may be too small to print cleanly. A background-removal tool in a builder can be convenient, but it is not a replacement for properly prepared artwork.
Step 3: Confirm the finished size
Measure the area on the garment where the design will be applied. Do not assume that one standard size fits every garment. Youth shirts, adult shirts, hoodies, pockets, sleeves, and tote bags all provide different usable spaces.
Single-image artwork must fit within our 22.25-inch-wide DTF media. Gang sheets use a nominal 22-inch print width. Verify every design’s finished dimensions inside the ordering tool before adding the order to the cart.
Step 4: Review the order
Check the selected sheet length or finished image size, quantity, artwork orientation, and displayed total. For gang sheets, confirm that every graphic stays inside the builder’s print boundary and that sufficient spacing remains for cutting.
Step 5: Plan for production and delivery
We print and ship Monday–Friday. Turnaround starts after the order has been placed and paid for. Paid orders received by 3 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible for same-day shipping. Paid local-pickup orders received by 5 p.m. Eastern Time are eligible for same-day printing. Shipping transit time is separate from production time, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
After your transfers arrive
Press at 300°F for 3–5 seconds with firm pressure. If firm pressure is unavailable, use 8–10 seconds. Peel immediately in a smooth motion, cover the design, and complete a second press using the same temperature, time, and pressure.
