At Udderly Custom, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every order. Because each item is made with care, our return policy applies only to specific circumstances.
Defective Items
We offer returns or replacements within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
To request a return:
- Email us at orders@udderlycustom.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
This includes:
- Direct to Film (DTF) transfers
- UV DTF decals
- Custom apparel
- Any other made-to-order or personalized product
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Additional Conditions
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Refunds will not be issued for customer errors such as incorrect size, color, or design approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
